Rehearsals all the time, but no performances in Lahore

Artistes working with the National Performing Arts Group, a forum set-up by the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) in Lahore in 2006 to revive classical and folk dance, are doing rehearsals for national and international performances.

The group performed in many countries some years ago when Naeem Tahir was the PNCA director general. However, of recent, it has not toured any country. The artistes working with the group in Lahore say that PNCA should create a comfortable space for them
