The citizens claimed the shopkeepers of these markets are fleecing the consumers in the name of quality products and charging a huge profit even on low-quality products. For instance, a citizen claimed that a pair of children shoes with price ranging Rs150-700 in local markets, being sailed at Rs300-1500 in major markets, the survey has exposed.
