Police FM radio service to start

KARACHI: The police FM radio service which will commence on August 1, will air its broadcast in two shifts, said a police spokesman on Wednesday. He said that the DIG Traffic Karachi, Abdul Khaliq Shaikh, in a report to Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh, Shahid Nadeem Baloch, said listeners could tune in frequency 88.6. “They can stay themselves informed about the flow of traffic around any thoroughfare, market, shopping centre and about alternate routes in case of any traffic jams,”
