The Sindh High Court on Monday issued a notice to a former member of the provincial assembly for producing a fake educational degree during the general election in 2008.
A two-judge bench headed by Justice Ghulam Sarwar Korai was seized with the petition of Dildar Ahmed who impleaded ex-MPA Mir Hassan Khoso, the chief secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan, Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and the secretary of the Sindh Assembly as respondents.
