LAHORE (APP): Provincial Minister for Finance Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman has said private schools are playing a pivotal role for the provision of quality education and government highly appreciates services of private sector for the enhancement of literacy rate and considers it an active partner in the struggle of promotion of education in country.
The minister said provision of education was constitutional obligation of the government but the government could not do this duty single
