Government College University Lahore Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman, while commenting on record 10 positions of his university students in the Intermediate Examinations, has said that 2013 has emerged to be a triumphant year for GCU, as this year alumni and teachers have proved their excellence in academics, research and co-curricular activities at all levels.
