ISLAMABAD (INP): Despite the ban on bathing in dams and streams, 24 persons have drowned while swimming in Rawal dam and natural streams here during last one year.
Recently, three persons, including two brothers, lost their lives by drowning in Rawal Dam on Thursday. The district administration and police failed to control the violation of the ban so far, while residents are also not abiding by the ban, putting their lives in danger.
