THE Lahore High Court on Monday took notice of a news item published in a section of Press about kidnapping, raping and murder of a 13-year-old girl on her way to school.
District & Sessions Judge Sargodha has been directed to probe into the matter and submit a detailed report regarding steps taken by the local police along with his own comments.Ill-fated girl was on her way to school in Istaqlalabad with her brother on a motorcycle when the vehicle broke down.
