The All Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) on Wednesday expressed grave concern over state of affairs in the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority and asked the government to take steps to restructure and revive the dysfunctional institution.
As per the provisions of the law the regulator must have nod of three of the four members on the Ogra Board to reach any decision while there are only two working members since last one and a half year, said Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha, Chairman Supreme Council
