LAHORE, A Chinese company contesting the cancellation of a contract by the Pakistan government for the supply of 75 locomotives withdrew its petition unconditionally from the Lahore High Court on Thursday.
Dongfang Electric International Corporation was given the contract in December 2008 and the government later terminated it on May 16, 2013.
