RAWALPINDI Closure of the lonely filtration plant in Mohalla Hafizabad Westridge-3 has caused embarrassment among the residents.
The residents said the lonely filtration plant was installed two years back after the ceaseless efforts employed by them but it could function only for three months and it stands closed since one and a half year.
