CNG cylinders’ removal : Transporters observe wheel-jam strike in twin citiesISLAMABAD: The All Pick and Drop Association Rawalpindi and Islamabad (APDARI) observed a wheel-jam strike on Wednesday against the six-day deadline by the district administration to uninstall CNG cylinders from their vehicles.The APDARI, a representative body of the private transport owners and drivers, observed the strike in Rawalpindi, leaving thousands of students going to schools and colleges return back home
