Election Tribunal DI Khan extended the date of hearing of the fake degree case of MPA Javed Akber Khan, elected from PK-68 during recent general election, till Wednesday.
Former ANP MPA Mureed Kazim Shah filed an application in the Election Tribunal D I Khan and demanded that Javed Akber Khan be disqualified on the basis
of fake-degree.
Javed Akber Khan, an independent candidate defeated Mureed Kazim Shah on PK-68 in the recent general election.
