GOVERNMENT College University’s pre-engineering student Asad Mumtaz (Roll No 529696) bagged overall first position in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore’s Intermediate Annual Examination 2013. Asad Mumtaz, a resident of the Kot Lakhpat area, secured 1,047 marks out of 1,100 marks.
