ISLAMABAD, The government assigns top priority to the Diamer-Bhasha dam fearing a potentially severe water crisis in the next decade which may prove much bigger than the ongoing power crisis, said Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal here on Friday.Meeting with a joint mission of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to discuss power sector reforms in line with purposed loan for power generation projects, Mr Iqbal said
