LAHORE Government College University (GCU), Lahore Vice-Chancellor Khaleequr Rahman while commenting on record 10 positions of his university students in the Intermediate Annual Examination has said that 2013 has emerged to be a triumphant year for the GCU as this year alumni and teachers have proved their excellence in academics, research and co-curricular activities at all levels.
