SARGODHA, The Punjab government has taken over the historic building and playgrounds of the Government College to establish a university.
The government had earlier said the varsity administration would operate till the shifting of entire departments to a building in the outskirts of the city.
It was in 1929 when the Government College was established at Shahpur and it was shifted to Sargodha in the army barracks after the creation of Pakistan. Its own building was set up over hundreds of
