Govt plans to enrol 44,985 out-of-school children

ISLAMABAD: As many as 44,985 out-of-school children will be enrolled in primary classes in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) between 2013 and 2016, according to the National Plan of Action (NPA) for education for all.
