Favoritism and highest low marking in practical papers of intermediate examination held under Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has provoked resentment among the talented students and their parents.
The students complained that they had secured 90 out of 100 marks in theory papers but in practical papers they have been failed as they have been given only one or two marks by the examiner in the practical papers. Even the position holders were passed by giving only six or seven
