FATEHJANG, Employees of the technical education and vocational training authority (Tevta) have been working on a contract basis since 1996 and have not been given any raise in their salary since 2003.
This was said by the Tevta employees’ union while commenting on a notification issued by the chief secretary of Punjab on August 19, 2013.
The notification stated that employees of all departments who were working on contract since 1996 be made permanent, except Tevta employees.
