WITH around 60 million people aged above 10 years as illiterate Pakistan like rest of the world will observe International Literacy Day on Sunday (tomorrow). The theme for the year 2013 is “Literacies for 21st Century”. A number of non-profit organisations as well as Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Punjab have planned events to mark the day.
