Buildings damaged in Kharadar, Lyari Karachi
KARACHI: As a major earthquake measuring 7.9 on Richter scale struck, some buildings in old areas of the city like Kharadar and Lyari suffered damage. Luckily no casualties were reported in the metropolis during the tremors that lasted 10 to 15 seconds. Tremors have been felt across the Gulf and the Middle East. Tall buildings swayed in the Indian capital Delhi, as per reports. staff
