LAHORE: 75th death anniversary of “Poet of the East” Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal was observed in city on Sunday. Conferences, seminars, debate competitions and other related ceremonies were also organised by various social, political and cultural organisations to pay tribute to Allama Iqbal. The newspapers published special editions and TV channels aired different programmes to mark Allama Iqbal’s death anniversary.
