KARACHI: While the world celebrates Earth Day 2013, titled 'The Face of Climate Change', Pakistan, hit by impacts of climatic change in the shape of floods, torrential rains, rise in temperature and cyclones, would go through the 'ugly' face of climate change.
This is the 43rd anniversary of the day, and according to officials, more than one billion people around the world will take part in different ceremonies to be held from Johannesburg and New Delhi to New York.
