PESHAWAR (APP): The Khyber Pakthunkhwa Government has planned construction of 16 new basic health units (BHUs) and two district headquarters hospitals to provide quality medical facilities to patients besides overcoming burden on public sector hospitals of the province.
An official of Health Department told APP on Wednesday the BHUs would be constructed in areas where this facility is lacking and special focus would be made on repair and operational of the existing one.
