The representatives of All-Pakistan Private Schools Management Association (APPSMA) have criticised the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) for what they termed its wrong policies with regard to delayed announcement of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examination 2013 result of the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education on July 25.
