PESHAWAR: The order by the former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Barrister Masood Kausar for removal of Prof Mansoor Akbar Kundi from the post of Vice-Chancellor of Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, has been withdrawn by the new Governor Engineer Shaukatullah.
It was learnt that the removal order was withdrawn on Tuesday and conveyed to Prof Kundi on Wednesday. The then Governor Masoor Kausar had issued the order on September 27, 2012, but Prof Kundi had approached the Islamabad
