Health Tips: Sleepiness

If you spend most days trying to keep your eyes open, you may have a deeper problem than ordinary lack of sleep. The National Sleep Foundation mentions these possible causes of excessive sleepiness:

* Self-imposed sleep deprivation.

 

* Performing shift work, causing you to sleep during the day and work at night.

 

* Sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea.

 

* Other disorders, such as insomnia, narcolepsy or restless leg
