Islamabad: Democracy returned to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) after 23 years when elections of the Non Gazetted Employees Welfare Association were held on Saturday.
Chaudhry Muhammad Riaz Gujjar from Inqalab Group was elected as president of the association. Rao Muhammad Khalid was elected as general secretary while all other office-bearers were also elected from the same Inqalab Group.
