The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) plans to set up its own police station as like other civic agencies with particular reference to handling water theft and other complaints.
According to a press release issued on Saturday, the proposal of setting up a police station was in the pipelines for quite sometime, but after assuming the charge of Chairman KWSB, Minister for Local Government Syed Owais Muzaffar has given approval for setting up the police station.
