PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam have failed to reach a consensus on seat adjustment for by-elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Geo News reported.Earlier, both the parties had made a formula on seat adjustment for the by-polls. Under this formula, the relinquished seat, would be given to the party who had won it in the general elections. However, deadlock emerged between the two parties over PK-27, evacuated after independent MPA Imran Mohmand was killed in bomb attack.
