The Lahore High Court has arranged supply of law books, references and statute books to bars in order to update libraries of all bar associations throughout Punjab for improving legal assistance.
According to a handout, Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial had nominated all district and sessions judges as focal persons who collected demand for required books from representatives of district and tehsil bars.
According to a spokesman, each bar is being given 135 books worth Rs80,000 which include
