PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday waived the condition of submission of domicile certificates with forms for admission to colleges and announced only the birth certificates would suffice.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Nisar Hussain Khan issued the directives in a writ petition filed against the provincial government’s new procedure for acquiring domicile certificate.
The bench also put on notice the Nadra director,
