KARACHI: A teacher, deprived of 11-month salary tried to commit self-immolation during a protest, organised by New Appointment Teachers Action Committee, outside Sindh Assembly, here on Wednesday. However, he was saved by his colleagues. The committee’s office-bearer, Ayaz Hussain, told that Chairman of the committee, Abu Bakr Abro, tried to commit self-immolation.
