The Utility Stores Corporation (USC) is playing with the lives of people by selling expired food items, particularly dry milk, packed milk, porridge, drinks, glucose, dates, gram flour, pickles, tea and pulses, at its outlets in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
