KARACHI - The Sindh Education Department’s ailing system and corrupt practices of officers have devoured the life of a recently retired professor, Muhammad Arif Khan, who was facing tough time from the corrupt officials in the release of pension.
Arif Khan, was placed at the Government of Islamia Arts and Commerce College, could not get his pension and died of heart failure on July 4th due to mental and financial stress. The Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association (SPLA) held an emergency
