Two million people join pope on Rio beach: Vatican
RIO DE JANEIRO: Two million people packed Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana beach on Saturday for a prayer vigil with Pope Francis, the Vatican said."There are two million people," spokesman Federico Lombardi told AFP on the second to last day of the pontiff's trip to Brazil, which coincides with World Youth Day, a gathering of young Catholics.
