LAHORE, The law enforcing and intelligence agencies in a joint action apprehended an alleged activist of al-Qaeda here in the night between Monday and Tuesday.
According to police sources, the lawmen laid hands on the accused, who was a student in Science College Lahore, after he was found involved in suspicious activities hinting at his links with al-Qaeda.
The arrestee’s father was an employee of Punjab University.
This is the second such arrest in under a week as an allegedly
