HYDERABAD, The Sindh Chamber of Agriculture (SCA) has expressed concern over the new mechanism of water distribution suggested by the Indus River System Authority (Irsa), saying that before presenting any such formula the real stakeholders (growers) should have been taken into confidence.
Members of the SCA said in a meeting held on Friday that growers should have been asked to give their input regarding the new water distribution formula.
