GUJRANWALA, District and Sessions Court Judge Tariq Iftikhar issued on Tuesday non-bailable arrest warrants for Punjab University controller of examinations Imtiaz Ali Sukhaira for not attending the court in connection with fake degree case against former MNA Mudaser Qayyum Nahara.
He directed the city police officer to produce him in the court on Sept 19 after arresting him.
The Civil Lines police had registered a case against the former MNA after he was disqualified by the apex court
