RTA orders school vans owners to remove gas cylinders
Regional Transport Authority (RTA) has ordered the owners of the vans providing pick and drop to students to immediately remove gas cylinders, besides making route permits and fitness certificates mandatory.
The RTA also gave 24 hours deadline to the school vansand public transporters to remove gas cylinders from under the seats and passenger cabins. An operation will be started from tomorrow (September 16, Monday) on all bus stops and
