PESHAWAR: Speakers at a seminar said on Tuesday that 2.5 million children were out of schools in Pakistan.
They were speaking at the seminar arranged by Sparc, a non-governmental organisation, to mark the Universal Children Day. They said that education was the basic right of every child.
