Karachi The fifth floor of the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) was flooded on Sunday after a water supply line burst.
After the the supply line, originating from the overhead tank and measuring eight centimeters in diameter burst, the hospital’s general and surgical wards were flooded.
An official of the NICVD administration said that repair work was being carried out on an emergency basis and that excessive water pressure had caused the supply line to burst. He
