MPA Arif Yousaf on Monday told Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly that a vice-chancellor of two public sector universities was involved in illegal appointments of employees in the educational institutions.
“A single person has been heading two major public sector universities and two departments in one of them,” he said while speaking on a point of order.
