The Peshawar High Court on Monday suspended the orders of Islamia College University registrar regarding the removal and sending on forced leave the chairman of Urdu department.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Mrs Irshad Qaiser and Justice Malik Manzoor put on notice the vice-chancellor and registrar of the university and directed them to file their written replies to the writ petition filed by the chairman, Dr Javed Badshah.
The bench ordered suspension of the two impugned orders
