Ban on Qingqi rickshaws challenged in court
KARACHI: An association of Motorcycle-Rikhsaw, better known as Qingqi rickshaws, has moved the Sindh High Court against the decision of additional IG Traffic, banning such mode of transportation in the city.
General secretary of Qingqi Rickshaws Association on Thursday filed a petition at the SHC. He cited Home secretary, additional IG traffic, and DIG traffic as respondents. The petitioner submitted in the petition that on the pretext of
