Islamabad: Most of the educational institutions working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) opened on Monday after week-long holidays of Eidul Azha, with thin attendance.
Majority of the students visiting their native towns for celebrating Eid returned on Sunday after having good time with their relatives however could not come to the institutes, feeling lethargic.
