Lack of girls' college facility in rural areas of federal capital has sparked dismay among the residents. Rural area spans over scores of towns and villages including Margalla Town, Rawal Town, Rawal Dam, Morian, Shahzad Town, Dhok Elahi Bakhsh, and Islamabad Club Colony, Fishery colony, Sumbal and others.
