GUJRAT, Oct 27th 2013: At least 120 internee teachers, mostly females, of the University of Gujrat’s four constituent colleges have been lodging protests by tying black armbands for not paying salaries to them for three months.
Some procedural hindrances and the vice-chancellor’s foreign tour are said to be the major reasons of delay in disbursing salaries to teachers.
