Karachi Knowledge is just not a privilege and Islam makes it incumbent on every Muslim to attain knowledge. Unfortunately, the acquisition of knowledge in Pakistan is being seriously affected with the onslaught of the internet and information technology.
These views were expressed by Sarwat Sultana, professor of Urdu at the Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, while speaking at a technical session, titled ‘Kitaabon say doori kyun’, during the Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers
